Services
Student Case Management services include:

- Outreach and support to students who may be experiencing difficulty;
- Assessments to identify student needs;
- Referrals and resources at the University of Chicago and with off campus community partners;
- Intervention plans and goals to help students overcome life challenges, academic concerns, and
other barriers to student success; - Point of contact and advocate for services for students navigating campus offices and systems;
- Support to improve student’s ability to cope with life stressors;
- Follow–up to ensure student concerns have been effectively addressed.
