Student Case Management services include:

• • Outreach and support to students who may be experiencing difficulty;
  • Assessments to identify student needs;
  • Referrals and resources at the University of Chicago and with off campus community partners;
  • Intervention plans and goals to help students overcome life challenges, academic concerns, and
    other barriers to student success;
  • Point of contact and advocate for services for students navigating campus offices and systems;
  • Support to improve student’s ability to cope with life stressors;
  • Follow–up to ensure student concerns have been effectively addressed.
